We have long built surgical guides that let you plan a placement virtually and then position the implant safely and predictably. CHROME GuidedSMILE extends that idea to the whole arch.
A rigid metal base is locked in at the outset, and each move that follows takes its bearing from that one origin — how the bite is checked, how much ridge comes down, where the drills travel, when the temporary goes in. Little is left to a call made freehand under the drape.
The impressions and intraoral scans you already capture are enough to begin. We combine them with our digital workflow — TRIOS, iTero, CEREC, e.max, zirconia — and return a guide built to the exact surface of your patient's mouth.
